Your purchase is protected
ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
At Duo.pk, our mission is to offer premium quality watches at the best possible prices. As we do not follow manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP), we are not authorized to provide an official manufacturer’s warranty.
To ensure customer confidence and satisfaction, Duo.pk provides its own One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all watches.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All watches purchased from Duo.pk are covered under a One (1) Year Limited Warranty starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in internal components only.
Proof of Purchase:
The Duo.pk Original Warranty Card is mandatory for all warranty claims.
WHAT IS COVERED
During the one (1) year warranty period, only the following internal components are covered:
• Watch movement (internal machine)
• Watch hands
• Watch dial
• Service Warranty (Battery)
If any of the above components are found defective due to manufacturing fault under normal usage conditions, Duo.pk will repair the watch free of charge.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
• Water or moisture damage under any circumstances
• Watch case, crystal/glass
• Strap, bracelet, bezel
• Crown, stem, screws
• Finishes, clasps, buckles
• Any external or cosmetic damage
• Lost or missing stones or decorative elements
WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF:
• The watch has been damaged due to accidental damage, dropping, impact, or mishandling
• There is evidence of self-damage or negligence
• The watch has been repaired or opened by any third party
• Unauthorized service has been performed
• There is excessive wear and tear
• The watch has been used beyond manufacturer water resistance guidelines
Water damage is strictly not covered, even for watches labeled as water resistant.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Duo.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
Duo.pk’s responsibility is strictly limited to repairing the covered components at its sole discretion.

If you wish to request warranty service, please:
• Send us a message on our official Instagram page
• Or contact us via our official WhatsApp number
• Provide clear pictures/videos of the issue
• Share your Duo.pk Original Warranty Card details
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
If the watch needs to be shipped to us:
• The customer will be responsible for all courier charges
• Please insure your parcel
• Properly pack and protect the watch before shipping
Duo.pk is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
• Repair services may be offered at an additional cost
• Charges depend on the watch model and nature of repair
• Service charges are subject to change
