1. Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch listed on Duo.pk is 100% original and authentic.

We do not deal in copies or replicas. Each piece is carefully sourced and inspected to ensure genuine quality. Our reputation is built on trust, and authenticity is our top priority.

2. Why are your prices lower than retail?

We are able to offer significantly lower prices because we work directly with importers and trusted international suppliers.

There are no middlemen, no brand showrooms, and no unnecessary retail markups.
That means:

  • Direct Importer → Duo.pk → Customer
  • Lower overhead costs
  • Lower profit margins
  • Maximum savings passed to you

This direct sourcing model allows us to offer prices that you simply will not find elsewhere in Pakistan.

We confidently say:
You will not get these prices for original watches anywhere else.

Some watches may not include international brand warranty, which allows us to keep prices extremely competitive but we fully back every piece with our own seller warranty for your peace of mind.

3. Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Currently, Duo.pk operates exclusively online.

We focus on keeping our costs low so we can offer the best possible prices to our customers.

If your continued support keeps growing, we’d love to open a physical outlet in the future, Insha’Allah.

For now, all orders and support are handled online through our official channels.

4. What is your delivery time and policy?

Delivery Times:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days
  • Other Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Urgent Delivery (Pakistan-wide): 1–2 working days (upon request)

While we prioritize fast dispatch, delivery times may vary due to courier circumstances beyond our control.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

Watches – 7 Day Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your watch, but only in cases of:

  • Technical issues
  • Manufacturing defects

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor cosmetic marks already mentioned in the product description

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

General Return Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition
  • All original accessories, manuals & packaging must be included
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • We recommend insured courier services with tracking (TCS, LCS, MNP, Pakistan Post)
  • Duo.pk is not responsible for lost/damaged return shipments
  • Returns may be rejected if the item shows signs of wear or missing parts
6. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • JazzCash QR Advance

7. What is your warranty policy?

All watches purchased from Duo.pk come with a 1-Year Seller Warranty.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Technical faults
