You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your watch if:

The watch has a manufacturing defect or technical issue

The item is unused and in new condition

It is returned in original, undamaged packaging

All manuals, tags, accessories, and security seals (if provided) are included

The product is shipped back via insured courier service with tracking
All returns are subject to Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval by Duostore.com
2️⃣ Important Conditions
Please note:

“Change of mind” or personal dislike is not a valid reason for return.

Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

A 5% transaction fee will be deducted on refunds for online payments

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Duostore.com is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking fees may apply in certain cases.

The gifted person does not like the item

The watch size (strap/dial) does not fit
5️⃣ Warranty Information
A valid Duo warranty card is mandatory for warranty claims.
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Water or moisture damage under any circumstances
• Watch case, crystal/glass
• Strap, bracelet, bezel
• Crown, stem, screws
• Finishes, clasps, buckles
• Any external or cosmetic damage
• Lost or missing stones or decorative element
