Welcome to Duo.pk. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Duo.pk, including all purchases made through the platform.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Duo.pk.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the user or purchaser accessing the website.
“Website” refers to Duo.pk and all associated services.

All transactions are subject to the laws of Pakistan.

ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders are confirmed via phone call within 24–48 hours.
Full COD is available for orders below PKR 25,000.
Orders above PKR 25,000 require a 10% advance payment.
Orders above PKR 80,000 require a 50% advance payment.
We reserve the right to refuse COD for incomplete addresses or non-serviceable cities.

3. Bank Transfer Payments

Customers choosing bank transfer must deposit payment into the provided account and share the payment receipt via WhatsApp for verification.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

If a customer cancels an order after making an advance payment, a 10% administrative deduction will apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

4. Credit / Debit Card Payments

Card payments are subject to verification by the payment gateway.
Approval may take 1–3 working days.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents if required.
Duo.pk may cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.
In case of cancellation due to fraud suspicion, customers should contact their bank regarding chargeback procedures.

PRODUCT & AVAILABILITY

5. Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.
Even if marked “in stock,” unforeseen circumstances may affect availability.
Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

6. Product Images & Color Variations

Product images are for reference purposes only.

Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and brand-provided visuals, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for real images if needed before placing an order.

7. Like-New Watches

Our “Like New” watches may:

Not include original packaging
Have minor cosmetic marks
Include leather straps that may show aging

These watches are fully functional and inspected.
Minor scratches do not qualify for exchange or return under this category.

CATEGORY-SPECIFIC POLICIES

8. Perfumes

All perfume sales are final.
Perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

9. Branded Bags

All branded bag purchases are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

RESERVATIONS

10. Watch Reservations

Full advance payment is required for reservation.
Reservation payments are non-refundable.
Watches can be held for a maximum of 7 days.
If confirmation is not received within this period, the item may be released for sale.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

11. Promo Codes

Only one promo code may be used per order.
Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered correctly.
Promo codes have expiration dates.
Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases.
Duo.pk reserves the right to cancel orders involving misuse of promotional codes.

12. Bank Discounts

Valid only on selected partner banks and card categories.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.
May be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Orders placed under bank discount offers are non-returnable.
In case of exchange, the bank discount benefit will be removed.

WEBSITE USAGE

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Duo.pk — including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Duo.pk and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce
Copy
Republish
Resell
Distribute

Any content without prior written consent.

14. User Comments

Users posting reviews or comments agree that:

They have the legal right to post such content.
The content does not violate intellectual property rights.
The content is not defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.

Duo.pk reserves the right to remove inappropriate content at its discretion.

By posting content, you grant Duo.pk a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

15. Hyperlinking

Certain organizations (such as government agencies, search engines, and news platforms) may link to our website without prior approval, provided the link:

Is not misleading
Does not imply false endorsement
Fits within proper context

Use of our logo for linking purposes requires written permission.

16. iFrames

You may not frame or alter the visual presentation of Duo.pk without written authorization.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

17. Content Accuracy

We strive to keep information accurate and updated; however, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability of all content.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Duo.pk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited under Pakistani law.
